As students, on our way into this industry, this is the cause of worry and many question whether this is an industry they want to stay in. These thoughts led to the open letter; From Hashtag to Action, with stories about what it’s like to become a part of this sector.

Paula Sundqvist is a 25 year old student at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, studying to become a Jägmästare. Gender equality and questioning existing norms are topics close to her heart. She strongly believes that change is possible and is eager to be a part of making forestry accessible for everyone.
